Tulip Basket Appliqué and Trapunto Quilt

Hand-stitched in white and color thread with machine-stitched seams, completed in solid red, green, orange, and white fabrics, nine on-point pattern blocks of baskets with flowers and trapunto berries, and a heart motif to center, alternating with whole plaint white blocks with plume wreath quilted motifs, all surrounded by a vine border with trapunto berries having tulips to each corner, outline and all-over grid quilting, edges with applied sawtooth border in alternating colors, whole cloth backing.

Very good overall condition, top with some light to moderate toning and stains, some light fading mostly to green fabric, one basket with an area of small holes, border with wear and tears, backing with some light toning and stains.
